At Selsdon Veterinary Surgery, we know how important it is to keep your pet’s medication consistent. Our repeat prescription service makes it easy for you to request ongoing medication your pet has already been prescribed by our vets.

This form is for repeat prescriptions only.


  • You must be a registered client of our practice, and we must have previously prescribed this medication for your pet, before we can supply a repeat prescription.

  • A veterinarian must have examined your pet recently for us to legally prescribe most medications. In most cases, your pet will need to have been seen within the last 6–12 months, depending on the medication and condition.

  • Requests are reviewed by a vet before approval.
